We hold the master lease on furnished apartments across several Dallas-Fort Worth submarkets, and we place each unit ourselves for corporate relocations, project assignments, and insurance-displacement stays of 30 consecutive nights or longer, longer than a typical hotel stay. Every listing below is one of our own units. Corporate Housing Travelers is the operator that leases and holds this inventory directly, not a listing aggregator, and we do not search third-party inventory on a placement's behalf.

Our portfolio references units in Uptown, Victory Park, Downtown, Plano, and the Richardson and Cityline Richardson area. In Uptown, Riviera at West Village on Travis Street places two-bedroom floor plans and Vue Fitzhugh on North Fitzhugh Avenue places three-bedroom floor plans, space suited to a team relocating together or a solo business traveler who wants more room during a long assignment. In Victory Park, our building on Harry Hines Boulevard places one-bedroom units. Downtown, our Live Oak Street building at Oak and Ellum places a one-bedroom unit. Northeast of the city, Alexan Crossings on West CityLine Drive spans one- and two-bedroom floor plans across the Plano, Richardson, and Cityline Richardson designations, and The Riley on Wilshire Way adds a one-bedroom option in Cityline Richardson.

Each unit is fully furnished before a placement begins, so a relocating employee or a displaced homeowner can move in with luggage rather than a moving truck. Placements are made directly with our team rather than through a marketplace listing, which means the unit and the lease terms are set once, directly with us, for the length of the stay, with one point of contact throughout.

Every stay we place runs a minimum of 30 consecutive nights, quoted as one figure for the whole stay and based on a rate by the night. Because we hold the master lease on each unit ourselves, what you see below is our own inventory, not a referral to someone else's listing.
