Every unit in our September 2026 listings has a kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and silverware), Wifi with an ethernet connection, a TV, air conditioning and a laptop-friendly workspace, along with bed linens, an iron and a hair dryer.
Each unit also has its own washer and dryer and a Fire Stick for streaming, and each building has a pool, an elevator, a gym, a BBQ grill and free parking.

The length of a Dallas stay determines how Texas hotel occupancy tax applies
Stay length decides how the tax applies. Texas hotel occupancy tax can stop applying to a stay of 30 or more consecutive days. If the guest gives the hotel written notice of intent to stay that long before the stay begins, and then stays 30 consecutive days, the exemption can apply from the first day; otherwise it can apply from the 31st day. Any interruption in the stay or in payment can void it. This is how the rule reads, not tax advice.
